I found the work of the Claims Center to be very professional, thorough, and ultimately useful.
The work done by the entire staff resulted in a positive outcome. Although money can never erase the memory of the Holocaust, it is some consolation to my father, a 91-year-old survivor of the Vilna ghetto.

Big help! Could not have done this without you!

My mother was receiving benefits from Germany when she died 12 years ago. I read an ad placed by the Center and they helped me obtain a significant lump sum for her heirs. I don’t speak or read German and their help was crucial to obtain the payments for my mother’s heirs. No amount of money can provide justice for all her losses, but this was better than nothing.

These people were wonderful and helpful every step of the way. Things can get complicated, but you can count on everyone there to take the time to explain things and help you as much as they can. I was shocked to see the amount received from their work. It will never be enough for what happened to our people, but these monies came at a crucial time in our life; God Bless.
