I have to be honest, it was a pleasure dealing with Ms. Grabowiecki. We knew it would take a long time, and honestly, weren’t even sure of any outcome. Only praise for the work this group is doing to make sure survivors receive the compensation they deserve. Both my parents were survivors, and/they thought they had received the maximum in survivors’ benefits. However, the International Center for Holocaust Reparations certainly changed that thinking. I was most surprised at the amount of the additional benefit they were able to secure for my Mom! The proceeds will ultimately go to the Holocaust Museum Los Angeles in honor of my parents. From Rose to Shoshana to Ruth, their kindness and attention to detail were exceptional and made the process painless. Thank you to the International Center for Holocaust Reparations!!

All of the representatives I had contact with from the International Center of Holocaust Reparation were exceptionally wonderful, professional, caring people and helping me in every part of the process with personal attention to my case.
I was worried at first, but with the suggestions I got from the lady who was in contact with me throughout the process, I was able to acquire all the necessary documents.

If you feel you have a case but you don’t know if you can succeed, I strongly encourage you to talk to or write to this office! They are the most honest, genuine and very professional people! They will tell you if you have a valid case, what documents you will need and they will even guide you with suggestions on how to acquire these papers.
Again, I would very strongly suggest talking to them even if you have a lot of doubts.

I must confess, at first, I questioned whether this process of reparations was legitimate but was really impressed with the efficiency and sensitivity of the process. Of course, no compensation could come close to the experience of my parents during the Shoah. In their memory, I tried to put the payment received to a worthy purpose. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised by the work done and the amount that was paid back in the memories of my Late father.
I was sceptical at first that it could possibly be a scam, but indeed it was not. It did take approximately one year to get the Retribution money, but it was well worth the wait. I encourage everyone whose family member was in the holocaust to try and apply as well. It does require having certain papers, but they are very helpful in leading your requests!

My brother and I are satisfied with the work that you have done, especially Ms. Finder. The only issue we had was with the delay of 2+ weeks in emails between us and the billing department.

I am very happy with the support provided throughout this process.
