Esther had been incredibly professional Рand successful Рwith our first claim. We are in the process of appealing a separate claim because of an unsupported denial of the claim. The wealth of evidence supporting the facts in the case is indisputable. I told Esther that the German Government cannot “get away” with their unfounded denial. We are and will continue to fight them until the end. I feel confident that Esther’s appeal package will be successful in overturning the ruling.
